Hallstack LLC(“Hallstack,” “we,” “us”) is a software consulting and digital products company based in Austin, Texas, operating the website hallstack.dev. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you contact us or work with us, we may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, and project details (such as goals, budgets, and descriptions of your business operations).

When you visit hallstack.dev, we may collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. If the site includes contact or inquiry forms, we collect the information submitted through those forms.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing jack@hallstack.dev. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
